06 STi – Stage 2 – dyno tune
The parts:
- Turbo XS uppipe
- HKS downpipe – new bellmouth design
- Vibrant catback exhaust
- 3-port boost control solenoid
The good:
- The mechanical work was done by Jan and Angel
- The car was CLEAN
The bad:
- I don’t think the uppipe did anything. It may have even slightly hurt spool-up.
- I’d recommend a fuel pump
The results:
261.7 hp @ 5000rpm and 300.8 ft-lbs @ 3750rpm
Very typical numbers for a stage 2 STi.
Compared to our baseline stock 2006 STi:
